Medieval stained glass inspired this series of soaring white doves with rich color and vibrant metallic leafing.  Expressive linework details the blended feathering, and bold textural brushstrokes pull varied tones across the canvas.  The doves are spontaneously rendered, but with care taken to capture expression and gesture.
