Dolly "Tiny Girl"

Dolly is a resident of Olive's Place who was rescued from a parking lot by a kind family.  This beautiful roller pigeon with dramatic markings poses before an elaborate halo design with chartreuse poinsettias and gold and metallic pink leafing embellishment.  Dolly is as fabulous and dramatic as her portrait - always scheming, very assertive, and too intelligent for her own good!
