Blue Foot Booby

Blue Footed Booby. This seabird perches on a rocky ledge with native flora, and turns over his shoulder to peer at the viewer.  The deep color palette mixes hues of teal, greens, and brilliant blues with an array of natural sepia and bright white.  This is perhaps the most distinctive species in the genus Sula, with bold colored blue feet.  They are native to eastern Pacific islands, with many nesting on the Galapagos.  Set in a muted brown and blue-green frame with gold accents.
