PICKLES Portrait
$ 0.00
Though he looks like an ordinary city pigeon, Pickles never got the memo that he's supposed to be one. Though his backstory remains a mystery, we think he was possibly raised by humans as he prefers the company of people, has to be hand-fed all of his seeds, and thinks that every stranger is a potential friend.
He lives in San Francisco with his family, where he spends his days taking messy baths, building questionably extravagant nests, loafing, hooting at household objects, and demanding attention. Despite being a pigeon, he's also an avid camper and has traveled to more scenic destinations than most humans. He gets car sick but not bus sick or train sick because again, he is a city bird.
Pickles loves the color red, hates opossums and anything that resembles a snake, and occasionally serves as an ambassador at educational outreach events where he helps teach children and adults that pigeons deserve a little (or a lot) more kindness. His greatest talents include making people fall in love with pigeons and pooping on the couch at exactly the wrong moment.
