Pigeon Theotokos in Pink 8x10

A pigeon looks lovingly down at a chick and egg. The birds have hand-embellished gold leaf haloes, with a subtle metallic glow. This Theotokos image is inspired by Byzantine and Orthodox renderings of mother and child, and is meant to depict the devotion dove parents show for their young. Set on soft pinks in a gold oval frame.
